Mimolette Recipe: Mimolette, zucchini and smoked « Magret » salad
50 g of Mimolette shavings
5 small zucchinis
250 g sliced smoked « Magret »
Cut the ends off the zucchinis. Rinse and dry. Slice into very thin slices with a mandolin or a peeler. Add them to the Le Palais des Saveurs Mimolette shavings.
Top with the Magret slices and arrange on plates. Season with hazelnut oil and sprinkle with pine nuts and chervil.
