Camembert baked in oven, figs and thyme

For 4 gourmets

Ingredients :

1 Palais des Saveurs Camembert
2 sprigs of thyme or rosemary
8 figs
10 grams of butter
1 table spoon of brown sugar

Recipe :

Open the Camembert and remove the wrapping paper. Cut a circle of baking paper 2 cm larger in diameter than the cheese and place the wheel of camembert on it. Put everything back into the camembert box. Split the cheese open slighlty and remove part of the rind.

Heat in preheated oven (180°C) for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, wash the figs and slice them into halves. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the figs and the sugar and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Once the camembert is baked, add the fresh thyme sprigs and the figs. Feel free to add nuts.
