RECIPE : Goat cheese “Crottin de Chavignol”

10 minutes of preparation
INGREDIENTS:
12 slices of “crottin de chavignol” “Le Palais des Saveurs”
1 green apple called Granny Smith
1 big cooked beetroot
400 g of smoked trout
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Provide a circle or a cookie cutter of the same size than the crottin de chavignol slice. Cut 12 slices of similar diameter of each element : green apple, beetroot and smoked trout.
Well season each element and prepare the millefeuille by superimposing the differents layers as you like. Spray with some olive oil, that’s all !
