How to make your summer recipes super tasty !

Our Grana Padano chunks will enhance your salads, soups, bruschettas or your pizzas. They will also give added flavour to your risottos, pasta and even your carpaccios !

A pizza with Grana Padano Cheese and zucchini flowers

Ingredients :


Basil leaf (or leaves)

Olive oil for frying

Zucchini flowers

Half an eggplant

300 g of cherry tomatoes

60 g of Le Palais des Saveurs Grana Padano cheese

200 g of Le Palais des Saveurs Mozzarella

360 g of pizza dough

Recipe :

1-Fry the diced eggplant in a large amount of boiling oil

2-Wash the cherry tomatoes, slice them in half, drizzle with the oil, add salt and sprinkle with basil

3-Cut each Mozzarella Cheese ball into rings and set them aside

4-Roll out the pizza dough into a thin layer and place it on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Garnish with the Mozzarella balls, the cherry tomatoes, the diced fried eggplant, the zucchini flowers, and the Grana Padano Cheese.
