Enjoy our Comté skewers without moderation
Our skewers are made with 6 to 8 months Comté, 4 rolls on each spear, in trays of 100 to 580g. They can be enjoyed without moderation as an aperitif or a side dish.
Their organoleptic characteristics are the following :
– an appearance and color ranging from ivory yellow to pale yellow
– a firm texture
– a slightly salty and fruity taste
Use in salads or as a complement to a quick meal.
A 45 days Best Before Date guaranteed upon receiving the delivery.
Our Comté is a pressed cooked cheese made from raw cow’s milk and covered by the PDO.

Recipe : Spring salad
4 Comté rolls skewers « Le Palais des Saveurs »
10 cherry tomatoes
1 frisée salad
2 slices of salmon
4 mini-slices of gingerbread
Crème fraiche (fresh cream)
1 table spoon of olive oil
Choose the salad leaves carefully and wash them. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Toast the gingerbread slices. Slice the salmon into 2cm strips et roll the pieces. Arrange the salad on a plate or in a bowl, then place the salmon, the tomatoes and « Le Palais des Saveurs » Comté rolls.
Cut the gingerbread slices into cubes and add a little bit of crème fraiche on top.
Add the orange pulp.
