Our missions :
We work with all agrofood sectors : manufacturers, collective and commercial catering groups, as well as specialized distribution networks.
We advise our R&D and purchasing stakeholders and help them find the best solutions regarding cheese quality, PDO and cutting, in order to develop new recipes and future trends. Our two state-of-the-art production facilities offer a wide range of cheeses and cutting possibilities (more than 600 references) :

For its 20th birthday, Le Palais des Saveurs turnover amounts to 20MF.
Communication is mainly ensured through trade fairs like Sial, Sirha and CFIA
Our particular strengths are the following :
– We make our clients and prospects feel welcome and make sure they get our full and privileged attention.
– We make a presentation of our fresh and IQF cheeses in order to expand our application and development possibilities.
– We achieve a constant export growth representing 7% of our total volumes (handled by our Sales Manager Geoffroy De La Roche)
We have a balanced turnover distribution : Industry 48% and Out-of-home catering 52%
